Marantz 4270 Receiver

This is a great receiver in beautiful cosmetic condition. 

I recently serviced this Marantz and performed routine maintenance.  All switches and controls were cleaned, new LED bulbs and velum paper installed, and bias & DC were set according to the service manual.  The faceplate is in excellent condition.  The knobs are clean and free of scratches. The cabinet is in great shape as well.  There are no signs of heavy corrosion.  I am included the interesting Marantz 4-channel decoder called the SQA-2.  It was developed at a time when quadraphonic listening was new and exciting! 

I can't speak to the capabilities of the quad decoder, but I know it sounded excellent in 2-channel mode which (in my humble opinion) is the way it should be enjoyed :D 

Also includes the factory owner brochure, which is always fun to have.
