McIntosh MA6200 Integrated Amplifier and Matching MR78 Tuner.

This McIntosh MA6200 and MR78 pair is in excellent condition.  

The MA6200 was fully serviced including all new electrolytic capacitors, relays, and LED bulbs.  The chassis on this integrated amplifier is in excellent condition.  There was some slight oxidation on the top of the transformer cover which is common to this model.  The input jacks, speaker terminals, faceplate, and knobs are in fantastic shape with only very minimal flaws.   The MA6200 was fully tested after restoration and it performs as the service manual specifies. 

The MR78 tuner works great.  New LEDs were installed and the controls were cleaned.  The chassis on the MR78 isn't quite as nice as the MA6200, but it still looks great.  The faceplate, and tuner scale glass is clear and free from defects.  The knobs are nice, but one of the knobs' plastic inner-holder is not perfect.  I installed this knob on the selector switch.  All the lights work for the various selections and the auto-stereo function works great.  

This pair also includes documentation from previous service history.

Shipping McIntosh equipment takes great care. These will be boxed separately and packed with attention to detail for trouble-free delivery.
